Q. Does Mastiff provide free site surveys?
A. Yes, if you have an access control, CCTV or ID card requirement that you would like to discuss, please give us a call and we can come to your site to discuss the project and provide a free quotation.
Q. Can Mastiff integrate with an existing access control system?
A. Sometimes, we can use existing cards from another access control system, if we are able to identify them and match them with suitable new card readers. This normally involves a customer supplying three of their existing cards to Mastiff for testing.
Q. Does Mastiff supply and install worldwide?
A. No, our business is only UK based, although we are sometimes able to put you in touch with our supplier's overseas agents for certain products.
Q. Does Mastiff install Intruder or Fire Alarm systems?
A. No, our core business is providing Access Control, CCTV and ID card solutions. We are not in a position to be able to offer installation and servicing of intruder alarms
