As well as providing access control, the systems Mastiff can provide also have the ability to monitor inputs and provide output to other systems.

In its simplest form this will be monitoring a door contact and reporting via control software when the door has been force open or left open too long.

In its more complex form actions an processes may be set up to produce a sophisticated building monitoring system.

For example;

1/ If a cardholder accesses one door, a warning indicator may be illuminated on a remote panel and a number of other inner doors remain locked until that door is closed.
2/ When an alarm condition occurs, a report of all people in a specific area is generated
