Mastiff is happy to provide a free site survey to discuss and
obtain details of your site to then provide you with an accurate
quotation for the work you require.
Installation
Attention to detail and Customer service are of paramount
importance to Mastiff, and it is ensured that these two
qualities are prevalent in every member of our installation
team.
At Mastiff attention to detail does not stop with the physical
side of our installs. We put together a comprehensive project
file on all our customers for who we install a system.
In addition to the details of equipment fitted, this will
include floor plans, schematics, wiring diagrams and system
configurations unique to that customer’s site. This not only
gives our installation team a precise specification to work to,
but also gives us detailed information to refer back to in the
future. It is far easier to resolve a problem or to advise on
how a system can be expanded or modified, when you have detailed
drawings of how the system was put together.
Very often we have customers who have a request for something a
bit different and unique for their access control set-up, or we
may encounter circumstances on site which force us to connect
things in a different manner to normal. This is when detailed
notes and wiring diagrams are especially helpful.
We feel that this is one area where we do things rather
differently to your everyday access control installation
company.

After Sales
On completion of the installation you will be offered a
maintenance agreement which can be tailored to suit your
requirement. We offer Gold, Silver and Bronze levels of cover.
